About The Interference Legends (2 sub-boards) Come here for information about what this forum is for and what you can do here! Rules are also posted here, so it's best for new members to come here first.
News & Updates This is, of course, for news and updates concerning the forum. If there's any breaking news on the forum, you can expect to see it here first. Only staff can create threads on this board.
Chatting Lobby (2 sub-boards) Talk about anything here. If there's anything that particularly strikes your fancy and you want to share it, go ahead! That's what this board is for!
Story Discussion No forum based on a fan fiction would be complete without some way of criticizing that fan fiction. Come here to discuss specific chapters of the stories of The Interference. Complaints, comments, questions, notes, suggestions, theories, anything!
Introductions and Farewells New member here? Come and introduce yourself! Going to be absent in the near future? Let us know so that we won't wonder where you've gone!
Graphics Center Some people are pretty handy with image editing programs. Those works might not quite count as "fan art," so this board is here for the graphics people. If you have a piece of work you'd like to show off, you can come over here and show it.
Character Creation (4 sub-boards) Come here to register the characters you'll roleplay with. There are many possibilities with the templates you'll be given. Characters must be registered here before they can be roleplayed with, so this board should definitely be visited by new and old members.
Roleplaying Practice Area This is the RP practice board. Here, you can create non-canonical roleplaying threads to work on your skills and improve your writing. Basically, you can create practice threads here and get constructive criticism from other participants if you want or need it. For those who feel a little uncomfortable before creating actual threads in the world boards. - Post counts are disabled; posting here will not add to your post count.
Plot Board (1 sub-board) This is where members can come and post their plot ideas for their characters. If the character has a particular situation or predicament that has to be resolved over a journey taking longer than two threads to resolve, then you can advertise that plot arc here. You can request other members to join you and add to your plot. It's a good place to go if your character needs to be pointed in a direction.
Destiny Islands The island world where Sora, Riku, and Kairi hailed from. This is where the adventure began; it's also where it ended in Kingdom Hearts II. It's an unusually peaceful town, and the islands' residents are pretty friendly. But sometimes, things happen here that really shouldn't...
Twilight Town A relatively peaceful town, with the strange property of the sun always being in a sunrise or sunset, casting a brilliant gold tint over the entire town. This is the home of Hayner, Pence, and Olette, but also Seifer and his "Disciplanary Committee." Incidentally, this is where Nobodies go when they are first born...
Radiant Garden (2 sub-boards) Originally called Hollow Bastion, this world is the home of the Radiant Garden Restoration Committee. The Committee is comprised on Leon, Yuffie, Cid, Aerith, and Merlin. The town's coming along nicely, and it's a good starting point for new adventurers.
Traverse Town The old Traverse Town once found during the first adventure. This was a relatively safe haven for those whose worlds were lost to the Heartless. Since the end of the first adventure, it has seen little use, but there are still a few places to explore, and a few spots for the Heartless and Nobodiest to lurk in...
The Land of Dragons The world of Mulan. The setting is ancient China. Stray Huns threaten to overthrow the Emperor. Heartless and Nobodies plot in the surrounding mountainous territory. Obviously, it's not the safest of places...
Wonderland The old world of Wonderland from the first Kingdom Hearts. Here, nothing is quite as it seems. No edge is set straight, proportions are all out of... well, proportion, and the court of the Queen of Hearts is the least fair court you'll ever see...
Beast's Castle This is, indeed, Beast's castle. Beast and Belle reside here, as well as Beast's transformed servants. Don't be surprised by what you see here... they're a bit sensitive about it.
Olympus Coliseum The world of Hercules. On the top side, you have the official Olympus Coliseum, where great heroes go to fight in tournaments and battles of enormous proportions. Right outside the Coliseum are the steps down to the Underworld, Hades' realm. Down there is the Underdrome, for the less honorable fighters who are looking for some meaner competition...
Deep Jungle The old world of Tarzan from the first Kingdom Hearts. Basically, a huge jungle. What do you expect? However, if you can ignore the ever-present Heartless, navigate the endless vines and trees, and remember the way back when you're done... you'll find that it's a quite beautiful place.
Disney Castle (1 sub-board) The official kingdom of Disney, of which Mickey Mouse is the King. This is, obviously, also the world Donald Duck and Goofy hail from. The Cornerstone of Light remains hidden below the throne, protecting the world from the darkness... mostly.
Monstro The huge whale Monstro, once found in the first Kingdom Hearts. This creature is huge enough to count as a world of its own, though it doesn't have a Keyhole or anything like that. It's a mean beast, and it'll swallow you up on a whim. Fortunately, the insides of the beast are big enough to survive in until you can escape. Unfortunately, the Heartless are attracted to the darkness of the beast's heart...
Atlantica The world of The Little Mermaid. Yeah, I didn't like it either. Anyway, it's an undersea kingdom, and the world has the strange property of automatically turning you into a merperson! Fortunately, there's not a Heartless or Nobody in sight, so have fun with your new form. At least, there aren't any enemies yet...
Port Royal The world of the Pirates of the Carribean. There's the ever-unfortunate Port Royal itself, which seems to be going through some distress if not another. Then there's the Isle de Muerta, where cursed Aztec gold lies around untouched. You'll need a ship, but make sure not to steer into the nearby Ship Graveyard. Oh, and watch out for cursed pirates and Heartless.
Halloween Town The world of The Nightmare Before Christmas. Don't worry about dressing for the occasion; the world changes your clothes into a fitting Halloween costume upon entry! Meet Jack Skellington and the equally disturbing residents of Halloween Town. If that doesn't suit your fancy, you can always look for a tree with a door on it. That leads to Christmas Town, where Santa Claus's workshop is. Strangely enough, these two polarly opposite Towns are connected...
Neverland The old world of Peter Pan from the first Kingdom Hearts. Actually, it's just Captain Hook's pirate ship right now. Though the isle of Neverland should be somewhere off the horizon... Anyway, you can also travel to Big Ben if you can figure out how to fly... Watch out, though, because Heartless are even more dangerous than the pirates themselves.
Agrabah The world of Aladdin. Enter the desert Arabic city, where all sorts of magic goes on every day. Why, there's Aladdin himself, a street thief with his greedy pet monkey Abu. Then there's the Genie of the Lamp, who, now freed, appears out of nowhere in the strangest of situations. But if you don't like it in the city, you can always check out the infamous Cave of Wonders. These are but a few of the peculiarities in the world of Agrabah...
Pride Lands The world of the Lion King. This is where Simba and his lion kingdom reside. Don't worry; this world will turn you into a lion upon entry, so you'll fit in! Once you get used to walking and fighting Heartless on all fours, you can take a look around the expansive savannah of the world. There's Pride Rock, the official "palace" of the lion kingdom. Then there's the Elephant Graveyard, if you feel like running into hyenas amongst the old elephant bones. Or you could explore the desert, which, as rumors say, has an extensive oasis beyond it...
The End of the World The world of Heartless. A strange, warped landscape made up of the broken pieces of the Heartless's conquests. The most powerful Heartless abound here, with the most foul darkness at the world's center.
The World That Never Was The homeworld of Organization XIII. It's by far the hardest world to fight through, and not recommended for new adventurers. Fortunately, Organization XIII was defeated after Sora's adventure through the worlds, but that isn't to say that the Nobodies aren't still an active force...
Castle Oblivion This is Castle Oblivion, the secondary base of Organization XIII. It is said that this castle and its special rooms have the uncanny ability of manifesting memories. Memories seem to have a pretty deep connection with the workings of the heart, so this becomes something of a proving ground rather quickly... for better or for worse.
East City This is East City, the main urban area in the eastern section of Amestris. The military's East Headquarters are here, in which Colonel Mustang, Lieutenant Hawkeye, and Major Armstrong work. Minor terrorists are in the streets, if you're looking for a fight. But this is the main place to go if you're new to the world.
Lior The desert city of Lior, a good long distance away from East City. This is the home of the religion of the Sun God, Leto. It's citizens are firm believers in their prophet Cornello. But if you look closely, something in this city isn't nearly as it seems..
Resembool The small town of Resembool, the home of the Elric brothers. It's incredibly peaceful in comparison to the rest of this universe... which is ironic, considering the nature of the Elrics. The town's doing just fine, but there have been rumors recently of monsters roaming the outlying hills and caves...
Bord'wan The village of Bord'wan, which, until recently, was a peaceful small town. Unfortunately, the entire town was wiped out nearly overnight by the strange creatures called the Golems. It's a dead village now, and there's really no point in staying unless you want to see firsthand how it all happened...
Siam-Sid (1 sub-board) A city that had once been the home of the thriving civilization of Lebis over five-thousand years ago. It's remarkable grand arcanum (which looks remarkably like alchemy) made it prosper for centuries. Unfortunately, for some strange reason, the entire civilization was wiped out overnight one fateful day those many millenia ago, turning it into a ruin. There's a mystery to be solved, but there's probably something sinister guarding the solution.
1000 AD - Present The present era of Guardia. This is the time where Crono, Lucca, and Marle originally hailed from. It is the day of the Millenial Fair, celebrating the thousandth year of the kingdom of Guardia's reign. Amidst all of the happy festivities, you might still find sinister happenings beneath the surface...
600 AD - Middle Ages The six-hundredth year of the kingdom of Guardia. The kingdom is in the middle of a war with the wizard Magus and his army of Mystics. This is the time where the warrior... Frog hailed from. It is a time of knights and magic, monsters and legends, epic clashes and mortal losses...
2300 AD - Future The dim, bleak future of the world of Guardia. It has been exactly 301 years since the Day of Lavos. The world is in ruins. The half-dead people live in broken down domes, and the outside world is nothing but a sand-swept wasteland. The remaining technology here is impressive, like the fighting robot called Robo, but that's all the appeal the era has left.
65,000,000 BC - Prehistoric The very beginnings of civilization in this world. The cavemen in the small village are in a struggle against the Reptites, a reptilian people who want the human race wiped out. It's an interesting time, if you find ravenous dinosaurs and primitive humans interesting. Ayla was found in this era of time.

12,000 BC - Dark Ages The most crucial and fate-changing time period in recorded history. This was the time of the Kingdom of Zeal, a kingdom ruled by magical powers and strange technologies. The people were separated into the Enlightened ones, those that live in the skybound palaces of Zeal, and the Earthbound, the still somewhat primitive people living on the snowy wasteland on the ground.
The End of Time If you're here, that means you've tried to travel across time through a Gate. A single set of platforms in the middle of a shady abyss, this is where the time traveling adventurer comes to rest most of the time. Here there are no conflicts, unless you want to try the self-proclaimed Master of War through the door to the side. The old man standing under the lamp post is a bit strange and sleeps a lot, but he often has very good advice. One of the platforms has entrances to every Gate in time, so you can make your way around relatively easily.
1999 AD - Apocalypse The fabled Day of Lavos. The end of the world, as it were. This is the day that Lavos awakened and destroyed the world, leaving the distant future as bleak as it is now. Over time, Lavos has had the world's nearly entire history to hibernate, and now it's at its fullest power. If you've come to this time, you apparently have a death wish.
Haven City - Slums (2 sub-boards) This is the eastern section of the city, and the poorest. Everything looks, smells, and feels completely run-down. Most officials turn a blind eye to it, which makes it the perfect spot for the Underground hideout. The Fortress is found here, as well as the entrance to Dead Town. And in the northeast, there's the Water Slums, which holds the house of the Oracle and the entrance to the Pumping Station.
Haven City - Industrial Sector (3 sub-boards) This is the home of many factories, in the eastern section of the city between the Port and the Slums. Everything is made of metal, and it is one of the major pathways through the city, both on foot and by Zoomer. The entrance to the Sewers is found here, and the Power Station is near the Port. The Warp Gate at the Power Station can take you to the Strip Mine and the Drill Platform.
Haven City - South Town (2 sub-boards) This is the Port, where most of the city's business happens. The city's most popular saloon (which isn't saying much), the Hip Hog Haven, can be found here, as well as the Gun Range nearby for practice. And the ruins of the Underport are accessible as well if you have a means of being underwater long enough. If you have an Air Train pass, you can get a ride over to the Dig, where excavation has revealed many interesting traps in the volcanic passages.
Haven City - Bazaar District (2 sub-boards) This is one of the largest and most diversified districts in the city. It consists of two farming blocks on the west side of the city, with a market block inbetween them. The large Palace in the center of the city is also contained within this district. On the other side of the Palace is another market section, where the tent of Onin the seer is placed. The entrance to Haven Forest and the Mountain Temple is along the wall of the southern farming block.
Haven City - North Town (1 sub-board) This is the northwest section of the city, and the richest place in the town (second only to the Palace, of course). This is where all of the high-class business happens, and it's where the citizens feel most secure. The Stadium is at the very back of the district, where high-speed races are held almost every day. They're dangerous, but they keep the people entertained. Beyond that, the only denser residential district than this one is the Slums. Also, a ravine runs through most of the district, making it a perfect route for escaping the city-wide alert...
Gummi Space The huge, infinite space between the worlds and universes. You need a gummi ship to traverse the pathways connecting the worlds, so there isn't much sentient life sitting around in it. However, some Heartless and Nobodies come in the form of ships, which are eager to attack unknowing passerby. So make sure your ship has enough guns on it...
Other Worlds Naturally, in an infinite universe, there are many more worlds to be discovered. These are but a few of the other gaming universes that have had an Interference.
