About The Interference Legends (2 sub-boards) Come here for information about what this forum is for and what you can do here! Rules are also posted here, so it's best for new members to come here first.
News & Updates This is, of course, for news and updates concerning the forum. If there's any breaking news on the forum, you can expect to see it here first. Only staff can create threads on this board.
Chatting Lobby - 3 Viewing (2 sub-boards) Talk about anything here. If there's anything that particularly strikes your fancy and you want to share it, go ahead! That's what this board is for!
Story Discussion No forum based on a fan fiction would be complete without some way of criticizing that fan fiction. Come here to discuss specific chapters of the stories of The Interference. Complaints, comments, questions, notes, suggestions, theories, anything!
Introductions and Farewells New member here? Come and introduce yourself! Going to be absent in the near future? Let us know so that we won't wonder where you've gone!
Graphics Center Some people are pretty handy with image editing programs. Those works might not quite count as "fan art," so this board is here for the graphics people. If you have a piece of work you'd like to show off, you can come over here and show it.
Character Creation (4 sub-boards) Come here to register the characters you'll roleplay with. There are many possibilities with the templates you'll be given. Characters must be registered here before they can be roleplayed with, so this board should definitely be visited by new and old members.
Roleplaying Discussion Open-ended roleplay can be confusing at times. Fortunately, the other players are always willing to help. If you have questions about roleplaying in general or need help with a character profile application, this is the place to go.
Plot Board (1 sub-board) This is where members can come and post their plot ideas for their characters. If the character has a particular situation or predicament that has to be resolved over a journey taking longer than two threads to resolve, then you can advertise that plot arc here. You can request other members to join you and add to your plot. It's a good place to go if your character needs to be pointed in a direction.
Twilight Town The sun is usually in a sunrise or sunset, casting a brilliant gold tint over the entire town. This is where Nobodies go when they are first born...
STATUS: Normal. The residents are a little shaken by recent incidents, but those days are behind them for now.
Radiant Garden - 1 Viewing (2 sub-boards) Originally called Hollow Bastion, this world is the home of the Radiant Garden Restoration Committee: Leon, Yuffie, Cid, Aerith, and Merlin, with the help of Tron in the castle's computer mainframe. The Committee building has become the unofficial starting point for new Interferences.
STATUS: Restoration of the castle has reached a significant milestone. The old "Hollow Bastion" areas of the castle are now accessible again.
Traverse Town The old Traverse Town once found during the first adventure. This is a living space for those who survive the destruction of their worlds.
STATUS: The town is now sparsely populated. It was once empty, but a few people have arrived and taken up residence there.
The Land of Dragons The world of Mulan. The setting is ancient China. Stray Huns threaten to overthrow the Emperor, while the Chinese army keeps a steady watch over the vast plains and mountains.
STATUS: The village on the mountain has been permanently abandoned after being attacked multiple times. The imperial palace and the Emperor, on the other hand, remain largely unaffected by the Interferences.
Wonderland The old world of Wonderland from the first Kingdom Hearts. Here, nothing is quite as it seems. No edge is set straight, realistic proportions are thrown to the wind, the court of the Queen of Hearts is the least fair court you'll ever see, and the Cheshire Cat plays the game of knowing all and telling none...
STATUS: Normal. Wonderland is still as crazy as ever.
Beast's Castle This is, indeed, Beast's castle. Beast and Belle reside here, as well as Beast's transformed servants. Don't be surprised by what you see here... they're a bit sensitive about it.
STATUS: Normal. Beast, Belle, and the castle's residents spend each day in relative peace and calm, hoping that the curse will eventually be broken.
Olympus Coliseum The world of Hercules, split between the Phil's Olympus Coliseum above and Hades' Underdrome below. Beware the Underworld, the realm of the dead for all worlds, for those not blessed by the Olympus Stone will be nearly powerless there.
STATUS: The Olympus Coliseum is restricting entries, only allowing the best of the best (even among Interferences) to compete in its rigorous challenges. The fiendish Underdrome, however, is accepting all comers...
Deep Jungle The old world of Tarzan from the first Kingdom Hearts. If you can ignore the ever-present Heartless, navigate the endless vines and trees, and remember the way back when you're done... you'll find that it's a quite beautiful place.
STATUS: The research camp is still occupied by various doctors and explorers, receiving shipments and supplies regularly. Tarzan and Jane permanently remain with the gorilla colony.
Disney Castle (1 sub-board) The official kingdom of Disney, of which Mickey Mouse is the King. This is also the world Donald Duck and Goofy hail from. The Cornerstone of Light remains hidden below the throne, preventing any dark malevolence from threatening the estate.
STATUS: Wanting to acquaint himself with more Interferences like Alexander, King Mickey has made most of the castle open to the public. Though, due to their sensitive nature, Mickey has restricted access to the Cornerstone of Light and the doorway to Timeless River. But if you ask nicely and promise to be very careful, he'll might just let you in.
Monstro The huge whale Monstro, once found in the first Kingdom Hearts. This creature is huge enough to count as a world of its own. It's a mean beast, and it'll swallow you up on a whim. Fortunately, the insides of the beast are big enough to survive in until you can escape.
STATUS: Monstro is once again roaming the universe, looking to swallow up any unlucky Gummi Ship that it encounters. But it may also have swallowed up some secrets and treasures along the way...
Atlantica The world of The Little Mermaid. It's an undersea kingdom, so the world has the strange property of automatically turning you into a merperson! Get used to your new form, then check out the sights.
STATUS: King Triton is generally wary of travelers from other worlds. But the Heartless have begun to reappear in the underwater world, and he might not object to a little help.
Port Royal The world of the Pirates of the Carribean. There's the ever-unfortunate Port Royal itself, never known for being a peaceful place. To the east, there's the Isle de Muerta, where countless treasures remain untouched (minus one chest of Aztec gold). To the southeast is the Ship Graveyard, an island of jagged rocks that is nigh-impossible to navigate.
STATUS: The English navy is stepping up security in Port Royal, trying to stem the flow of amateur pirates into the docks. The locals have gotten used to travelers and Interferences, but the soldiers have not. So be careful what you do here.
And if you're looking for the cursed gold, don't. It's at the bottom of the ocean, and only a Keyblade or Lockshield can unseal it.
Halloween Town The world of The Nightmare Before Christmas. Don't worry about dressing for the occasion; the world changes your clothes into a fitting Halloween costume upon entry! Meet Jack Skellington and the equally disturbing residents of Halloween Town. There's also a path that leads to Christmas Town, where Santa Claus and his elves are hard at work.
STATUS: The holiday season is around the corner, and everyone is working their hardest. Halloween Town is especially busy.
Neverland The world of Peter Pan from the first Kingdom Hearts. Captain Hook's ship has weighed anchor off the coast of Neverland, which is now accessible. If you learn to fly, you might be able to leave and reach London's Big Ben.
STATUS: Captain Hook and his crew are nowhere to be found. Peter Pan and Tinkerbell continue to live in Neverland. But a strong darkness gathers at Big Ben - an extremely powerful Heartless awaits...
Agrabah The world of Aladdin. Enter the desert Arabic city, a home for all kinds of magic. There's the street magic of thieves and cons, as well as the magic of genies and sorcerers. Out in the vast desert, there is the Cave of Wonders - a mysterious place that doesn't give up its treasures easily...
STATUS: The city has caught on to the comings and goings of world-traveling warriors. Bazaar shops sell weapons, armor, and a wide variety of items. Street-ears will sell secrets and black market deals to Interferences for the right price. Even some of the city's rich class look for travelers as temporary bodyguards. ...But that's not to say that everyone here is honest.
Pride Lands The world of the Lion King, where Simba rules over his subjects. This world will turn you into a resident of the animal kingdom upon entry. From there, you are free to explore the expansive savannah of the world. There's Pride Rock, the official "palace" of the lion kingdom, and the Elephant Graveyard, if you feel like running into hyenas amongst the old elephant bones. Or you could take the long journey through the desert, which has an extensive oasis beyond it.
STATUS: Normal. Simba has overcome his fears and doubts, and rules the kingdom with level-headed fairness.
The End of the World The world of Heartless. A strange, warped landscape made up of the broken pieces of the Heartless's conquests. The most powerful Heartless abound here, with the most foul darkness at the world's center.
STATUS: The world is very small right now. But as more and more worlds are destroyed, it grows larger and larger.

The World That Never Was The homeworld of Organization XIII. It's by far the hardest world to fight through, and not recommended for new adventurers. Fortunately, Organization XIII was defeated after Sora's adventure through the worlds, but that isn't to say that the Nobodies aren't still an active force.
STATUS: The Castle That Never Was is gone, and the broken Kingdom Hearts moon crushes the Dark City, crumbling to pieces. As hearts break off and float into the air, the darkness swallows them up and creates Heartless...
Castle Oblivion This is Castle Oblivion, the secondary base of Organization XIII. It is said that this castle and its special rooms have the uncanny ability of manifesting the memories of the people who enter. With Naminé and the Organization gone, you no longer risk your memories and abilities.
STATUS: The castle is unoccupied. Anyone is free to explore the castle from balcony to basement. But there may still be essential secrets waiting to be discovered.
The Keyblade Graveyard A vast desert where uncountable Keyblades rest. The world is scarred with evidence of a great Keyblade War, with craters and canyons dotting the landscape. In the badlands, you can find the great plateau where the legendary battle between Terra, Ventus, Aqua, and Master Xehanort was fought. But be careful - the lingering sentiments of those who passed away can sometimes rise up to challenge outsiders.
STATUS: Only recently rediscovered, the Graveyard is almost completely quiet. Even the Heartless are rarely found here.
East City This is East City, the main urban area in the eastern section of Amestris. The military's East Headquarters is here, in which Colonel Mustang, Lieutenant Hawkeye, and Major Armstrong work. This is the main place to go if you're new to the world.
STATUS: Normal. Colonel Mustang and the officers of the East Headquarters have seen very little conflict recently.
Lior The desert city of Lior, a good long distance away from East City. This was where the Fullmetal Alchemist gained most of his fame by exposing Father Cornello's false religious practice. While that shocking revelation was not too long ago, the people are still friendly and social.
STATUS: A greater interest in alchemy has gripped the city as people contemplate Father Cornello's old "miracles."
Resembool The small town of Resembool, the hometown of the Elric brothers. It's an incredibly peaceful and relaxing place, set in a great valley with vast plains and only a few houses dotting the landscape. And if you happen to need automail, Winry Rockbell and her grandmother Pinako will gladly sell you the finest custom-tailered prosthetic limbs.
STATUS: Normal. With the danger in the hill caves taken care of, the town is nice and peaceful again.
Bord'wan The village of Bord'wan, which, until recently, was a peaceful small town. Unfortunately, the entire town was wiped out nearly overnight by the strange creatures called the Golems. It's a dead village now, and the remains have been completely scavenged to the bare bones. So there shouldn't be anything to find.
STATUS: While the town may be empty, it has a reputation of endangering people who wander into it...
Siam-Sid (1 sub-board) A city that had once been the home of the thriving civilization of Lebis over five-thousand years ago. Its remarkable grand arcanum (the ancestor to alchemy) made it prosper for centuries. Unfortunately, the entire civilization was wiped out overnight, turning it into a ruin. It was once an archeological site, but it has since been completely abandoned.
STATUS: Normal. The entire ancient city has reverted to its ruined state.
1000 AD - Present The present era of Guardia. This is the time where Crono, Lucca, and Marle originally hailed from. On the western continent is Guardia Castle and the Millennial Fairgrounds. You can also take a ferry to the eastern continent, where the monster-like Mystics gladly welcome travelers of all kinds.
STATUS: The day of the Millennial Fair is over, but the fairgrounds are still open to people who want to spend their money on a fun time.
600 AD - Middle Ages The six-hundredth year of the kingdom of Guardia. The kingdom is starting to recover from a war with Magus and the Mystics. This is the time the transmogrified warrior Glenn hails from. It is a time of knights and magic, monsters and legends, epic clashes and mortal losses...
STATUS: Ozzie, the last aggressive Mystic leader, has been defeated. The Mystics are giving up their war and starting to consider coexistence with the humans.
2300 AD - Future This terrible future has been restored by the actions of Alexander Karsath, but the Gates still lead to this alternate timeline. It has been exactly 301 years since the Day of Lavos. The world is in ruins. The half-dead people live in broken down domes, and the outside world is nothing but a sand-swept wasteland. This is the time when Robo was created.
STATUS: Normal. People are seeing a glimmer of hope.
65,000,000 BC - Prehistoric The very beginnings of civilization in this world. A small village of cavemen exists here, no longer threatened by the Reptites crushed by Lavos' initial descent. It's an interesting time, if you find ravenous dinosaurs and primitive humans interesting. Ayla was found in this era of time.
STATUS: Normal. Life goes on as usual for the primitive humans.
12,000 BC - Dark Ages The most crucial and fate-changing time period in Guardia's history. The magic-based Kingdom of Zeal unleashed Lavos' power on the world, creating the technology that eventually became the sky fortress Black Omen, which still floats in the sky of this time period. The survivors of the world-changing collapse of Zeal live on a small landmass in the middle of a violent ocean.
STATUS: The Black Omen can still be accessed here, but making it all the way through to Queen Zeal and Lavos won't be worth the effort, since Alexander Karsath and his party defeat Lavos later along the timeline. But maybe there's some treasure to be found behind the defenses.
The End of Time A platform that exists in the emptiness beyond time. Going through a Gate always leads here, and all Gates can be accessed from here. Gaspar, the Guru of Time, stands beneath a lamppost and sleeps almost constantly. And through the door to his left, a being known only as the Master of War teaches the way of battle and magic.
STATUS: There is never any trouble here - the Master of War makes sure of that. But Gaspar keeps a careful eye on the timeline, making sure that no traveler tries to undo what was already been done.
1999 AD - Apocalypse A bucket in the corner of the End of Time contains a Gate. A Gate leading to the fabled Day of Lavos. On this day, Lavos rises up to destroy the world with raining fire... but Alexander Karsath and his party crash into the hulking monstrosity and face the organism within its spiny shell. Come here if you have some reason to relive this day.
STATUS: Events do not advance in this period - the Gate leads to Lavos' rise and destruction every time it is accessed. You might see a younger Alexander Karsath flying in the Epoch.
Haven City - Slums (2 sub-boards) This is the eastern section of the city, and the poorest. Everything looks, smells, and feels completely run-down. It's the perfect spot for the Underground hideout. The Krimzon Guard's Fortress is found here, as well as the entrance to Dead Town. And in the northeast, there's the Water Slums, which holds the house of the Oracle and the entrance to the Pumping Station.
STATUS: A new Assassin Order of Interferences has emerged, and the Slums houses one of its two secret bases. This half of the Order handles operations in the northern and eastern sectors of the city. They often end up working concurrently with the Underground to bring down the Baron's power base.
Haven City - Industrial Sector (3 sub-boards) This is the home of many factories, in the eastern section of the city between the Port and the Slums. Everything is made of metal, and it is one of the major thoroughfares the city, both on foot and by Zoomer. The entrance to the Sewers is found here, and the Power Station is near the Port. The Warp Gate at the Power Station can take you to the Strip Mine and the Drill Platform.
STATUS: The Strip Mine and Drill Platform are vital for keeping the city's protective shield up. So Vin, the paranoid engineer working at the Power Station, will be looking for help when they are threatened by Metal Heads.
Haven City - South Town (2 sub-boards) This is the Port, where most of the city's business happens. The city's most popular saloon (which isn't saying much), the Hip Hog Haven, can be found here, as well as the Gun Range nearby for practice. And the ruins of the Underport are accessible as well if you have a means of being underwater long enough. If you have an Air Train pass, you can get a ride over to the Dig, where excavation has revealed many interesting traps in the volcanic passages.
STATUS: The Assassin Order of Interferences has set up a southern base of operations in this sector, which handles operations in the south and west sides of the city. The obese crime lord Krew at the Hip Hog Heaven saloon supplies them with guns and intel so long as they don't bother him too much.
Haven City - Bazaar District (2 sub-boards) One of the largest and most diversified districts, the Bazaar consists of two farming blocks on the west side of the city, with a market block between them. Baron Praxis' absurdly huge Palace in the center of the city is also contained within this district. On the other side is another market section, where the tent of Onin the seer is placed. The entrance to Haven Forest and the Mountain Temple is along the wall of the southern farming block.
STATUS: The Heartless are at Baron Praxis's indirect command, but he might also be willing to hire villainous Interferences to bolster his Krimzon Guard.
Haven City - North Town (1 sub-board) This is the northwest section of the city, where all of the high-class business happens, and where the citizens feel most secure. A variety of businesses and restaurants take up space along the main street. The Stadium is at the very back of the district, where high-speed races are held almost every day. They're dangerous, but they keep the people entertained. A ravine runs through most of the district, making it a perfect route for escaping the city-wide alert.
STATUS: Normal. The racing season is coming up soon, but registration for racing teams has nearly closed.
Gummi Space The huge, infinite space between the worlds and universes. You need a gummi ship to traverse the pathways connecting the worlds, so there isn't much sentient life sitting around in it. However, some Heartless and Nobodies come in the form of ships, which are eager to attack unknowing passerby. So make sure your ship has enough guns on it...
Other Worlds Naturally, in an infinite universe, there are many more worlds to be discovered. These are but a few of the other gaming universes that have had an Interference.
